COTTAGES ON MOUNT VIEW

Our self-contained cedar cottages are situated in 120 bushland acres, minutes from six Hunter Valley boutique wineries/cellar doors. Thre of the four cottages have private on-deck spas with views straight to the stars. We are just 10 minutes from Pokolbin, 15 minutes from historic Wollombi and Cessnock.\n\nThe self catering cottages are four star rated by AAA Tourism, and we simply ask that you bring your favourite food and beverages. Each has a DVD and a CD/tape player, and DVD are avalible for hire from reception. There is a colour tv with Sydney station reception, a wood burning fireplace (wood is provided in the cooler months), and air condtioning as well as a bbq on the balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a hammock slung between the gum trees.\n\nWe offer a secluded retreat providing the Hunter Valley getaway you need! Just minutes from Tallavera Grove, Petersons and other luscious cellar doors, Robert's new Bistro Molines and a few minutes more to event venues; Tempus Two, Bimbagen Estate, and Hope Estate. \n\nWe also operate full day Gourmet Food and Wine Trail tours, and can provide restaurant transfers for small groups of guests (up to 7).\n\nOur timid wallabies, wallaroos and birdlife assure you of the tranquillity of our location.\n\nTo find us, take Wollombi Road and travel towards Wollombi 12.5 km from Cessnock. At the junction of Wollombi and Mount View Roads at Millfield, turn right and drive 4.4 km to our entrance on the right.
