Guests who book the Exclusive room categories will be responsible to pay the Resort Fee directly at the hotel upon check-in (fee subject to change). Rates are inclusive of resort fee. Early departures will be charged the full amount of original reservation. Guest must be 21 years of age to check-in. A $175 non-refundable deposit is required for guests traveling with pets. One Pet per room, 25 pound maximum. All rooms are non-smoking. A $250 smoking fee to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
