Sunrise Ski Haus is located in the Christie Heights neighborhood. The Breckenridge Connect Gondola is located close by and will take guests to Peak 7 and Peak 8 or down to Main Street Breckenridge where there are many restaurants, bars, shops and local festivities. This gorgeous four bedroom, three and a half bathroom home boasts mountain modern detailing in an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen and dining room area on the main level. This home also features two living areas on separate floors, wet bear in the lower level living room, expansive windows, outdoor patio with a private hot tub, fire pit and gas grill, and a kitchen with Thermador appliances, a professional stove with 4-burner top and a griddle with a Zephyr overhead venting system. Other amenities include a two car garage, outdoor parking space, mud room, high speed internet access and flat screen televisions in all bedrooms. Bedding consists of two kings, one queen, one twin and two bunk beds. This unit can accommodate to a maximum of nine guests. Pinnacle Lodging will only rent to guests 25 and older.
