Zadar builds its tourist appeal on the combination of different types of accommodation and catering offer, as well as its beautiful beaches and promenades, interesting cultural and entertaining events and particulary on its valuable historic monuments. \n\n##Directions\nBy car from Germany/Austria A8/A1 to Salzburg - at Salzburg on A10 towards Graz - at Radstadt take the E651 to Graz - At Liezen take the A9 towards Graz/Slovenia - cross into Slovenia at the Spielfeld border crossing - then on the A1 towards Maribor - beyond Maribor turn on to the E59 to Ptuj - at Ptuj turn right on to the E59/9 to Croatia - enter Croatia at the Macelj crossing - take the E59 to Zagreb, then on the E65 towards Split/Rijeka - At Bosiljevo turn left on the A1 to Zadar - Exit at Zadar 1. In Zadar turn right at the first traffic lights on to the by-pass. Continue straight ahead, after the third set of traffic lights (note small funfair on right), turn right into the hotel complex (2nd entrance)By car from Italy take the A4 to Trieste - then the SS14 to Slovenia and the 7/E61 to Croatia as far as Rijeka - take the E65 towards Zagreb - at Bosiljevo take the A1 to Zadar - Exit at Zadar 1. In Zadar turn right at the first traffic lights on to the bypass.Continue straight ahead, after the third set of traffic lights (note small funfair on right) turn right into the hotel complex (2nd entrance)By air Zadar 15 km, Split 150 km, Zagreb 280 km \n \n\n\n
