Estate Tuscany (formally Tuscany Wine Estate) in the heart of the vineyards is a 38 room retreat, nestled at the foothills of the brokenback Range. You have a choice of an Olive Grove room with a Queen sleigh bed overlooking the swimming pool, rose gardens, dam and olive tree bushland, or the Vineyard View rooms overlooking the Vineyards and Brokenback Ranges. The Mill Restaurant does breakfast and dinner daily with lunch available on weekends, and the Brokenback Bar offers cook your own BBQ dining, tapas, pizza and pasta, beer on tap and a great range of Hunter Wines and is open daily from 12.00pm.
